After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Many international countries will have shipping calculated and displayed at checkout, however, if your country does not show a rate, please email us.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free flat rate shipping to the UK for certain small products.
Free local delivery may be available for certain orders such as our Alloy Wheel Clearance Section within 50 miles of South Shields, Tyne and Wear. For any special delivery requests, or for longer distances, please email us.
Deliveries are made at various times or days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
UK Zone: Mainland UK, UK Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly.
Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
Zone 2: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Italy, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican.
Zone 3: Turkey, Malta, Lithuania, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Crete.
We also ship to USA and Canada.
For all other countries please email us for a shipping quote.
At this time, we do not ship to countries during times of war or other severe disruption, this is due to the much higher chance of products being damaged or going missing. This currently includes Russia and Ukraine at this time
Import Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Papa Smith Custom is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We usually accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping for the return. This is with the exception of certain tailor-made or custom orders that would otherwise be hard to sell afterwards. If it is sold on a non-returnable basis we will let you know before shipping.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
