Papa Smith Custom Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at Here is our refund policy in the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help, here are just a few things to note though, to make any potential returns more straightforward.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be in the same, unused condition that you originally received it.

The item you are returning must be in its original packaging.

Your item also needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund policy on wheels with tyres fitted

If you buy wheels, you must check them for damage before fitting tyres. They should not be returned having previously had tyres fitted to them due to rim damages when fitting. (we will know!).

Wheels need to be in a resellable, completely undamaged and unscratched condition for return.

For tyres, they can be returned only when not fitted already due to obvious risks of wheel and/or tyre damage when fitting/removed.

We usually accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping for the return. This is with the exception of certain tailor-made or custom orders that would otherwise be hard to sell afterwards. If it is sold on a non-returnable basis we will let you know before shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refund policy on wheels with modified suspension

If you have modified suspension – i.e lowering springs, coilovers or air suspension (air-ride), please let us know before hand, otherwise, purchase is at owners risk. Refunds may not be accepted if the car has suspension modifications, due to the changes in wheel positioning that can occur. 


Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and let you know that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after having inspected the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment only.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, the length of time, however, depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Refund Policy (Shipping)

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs (when applied) are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping (if shipping cost was originally applied to the item), will be deducted from your refund.
